About the role
Design, build, and ship full-stack product features across Mandolin’s core modules. Collaborate closely with Product to scope requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong contributions to full-stack applications
- Proficiency with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, or similar) and backend services (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, or similar)
- Experience designing and consuming APIs, working with databases, and building secure, reliable systems
- Track record of owning projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong communication skills and a product-minded approach—comfortable working directly with Product and our customers
