About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our hiring machine. This is a high-impact, generalist role for someone who wants to build a world-class team from the ground up. You will work side-by-side with the founders and our CTO to identify and attract the people who will build Mantle. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years of operational experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
- A+ technical recruiting experience: Track record of sourcing for technical (Eng/Product) roles into a high performance organization in a competitive environment
- Able to understand technical roles and interpret who is likely to be good at what
- "Swiss Army Knife" ability: track record of jumping into unfamiliar areas and delivering results quickly
- AI adept: savvy with AI tools (LLMs, agents)
- Early-stage startup experience. Potentially experience building functions from scratch (e.g. being the first HR or Ops hire)
