Teams and leaders can rely on you for Austin workplace support. Ideally you come from Employee Experience, Workplace, hospitality, coworking, operations, project management, customer experience, or a similar environment.

- Be the primary point of contact for employee experience in the US, supporting local team members, remote employees, and office visitors
- Team up with the People Ops Partner to make onboarding and the overall employee experience feel seamless
- Own the welcome experience from start to finish, think preboarding info, welcome packs, and those local touches that make people feel at home on day one
- Plan and support internal events, team gatherings, and local community activities
- Identify gaps across the employee journey and turn them into practical improvements
- Partner with the Employee Experience Program Manager to keep local execution aligned with company-wide programs
