About the role
Build and own the sales function for Manychat for Brands from the ground up: strategy, process, tooling, and team. Personally close the first few deals while simultaneously laying the infrastructure for scale (player-coach model).

- A zero-to-one mindset with “tech scrappy” energy, ideally forged at a Series A to Series C company
- Genuine comfort being hands-on as a player-coach: you close deals yourself while building the team and systems around you
- Proven experience leading a B2B sales team from a handful of reps to a full-scale sales org in a mid-market or similar segment
