About the role
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for chemical, mechanical, process, and other engineering roles across the company Build targeted searches that identify exceptional engineering talent across industrial, manufacturing, materials science, and process research communities
What they're looking for
- 5-8+ years of experience sourcing technical talent, with demonstrated success recruiting chemical engineers, mechanical engineers, process engineers, or similar disciplines
- Experience recruiting for industrial, manufacturing, materials, chemicals, or process-heavy environments (startup or established company)
- Expert in utilizing ATS tools (preference for Ashby)
- Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, Boolean search, Indeed, research platforms, professional/technical societies, and other creative sourcing techniques
- Demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive candidates for difficult-to-fill engineering roles
- Experience partnering directly with engineering leaders and hiring managers
