We are looking for a L icensed Insurance Agent, Retention on our customer service team focusing on existing customers to increase insurance policy sales and retention by offering advocacy for our clients, selling additional insurance products, and providing rewritten policies, when applicable.

We are looking for a L icensed Insurance Agent, Retention on our customer service team focusing on existing customers to increase insurance policy sales and retention by offering advocacy for our clients, selling additional insurance products, and providing rewritten policies, when applicable. In this role, reporting to ouyr Manager of Retention, you will be tasked with conducting renewal and new business reviews, processing endorsements, providing guidance to policyholders on claims-related items and selling additional insurance products to our existing Customers. This role requires an active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License.
This role is an in-office position based out of our Columbus, Ohio location.
- Conduct renewal reviews, advise on insurance coverages, answer questions, and re-shop when requested
- Ability to quickly build rapport with clients over phone, email, and text
- Setting and completing tasks with organized notes while following consistent processes
- Run sales process effectively with organized notes and tasks for follow-ups
