About the role
Matter is hiring a Head of Product and Deployment to translate customer needs and company strategy into a clear product roadmap and reliable deployments. This leader will connect customers, commercial teams, product, engineering, and operations as Matter moves from pilots to repeatable intelligence products. Own product strategy and maintain a roadmap that reflects customer priorities, technical readiness, and company objectives.
