Translate AI accelerator architecture into performance models

Maintain modeling framework capabilities and releases

Automate creation of detailed tensor layouts for frontier LLMs

Create tools, compilers, and automations to integrate with the broader organization tech stack

Collaborate with ML, Software, and Architecture teams to support experiments and workflows

Strong background in performance modeling

Strong working knowledge of latest LLM model architectures

Experience with computer architecture, particularly AI accelerators

The US base salary for this full-time position is determined based on a variety of factors including role, experience, location, job related skills, and relevant education and training. Career length is only a guideline for compensation.

Early Career - $120,000 - $275,000 + equity

Mid Career - $175,000 - $450,000 + equity

Senior Career - $275,000 - $600,000 + equity

Time off: 4 weeks PTO (accrued) + 12 company Holidays + up to 3 weeks remote work
