About the role
We are looking for a Solutions Manager to serve as a technical bridge between our customers and internal teams across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
What they're looking for
- 3–5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical sales, project management, product, or a related customer-facing technical role
- Experience in AI, robotics, autonomous driving, data services, or a related technology industry
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end AI data lifecycle, including data collection, annotation, quality assurance, delivery, model training, evaluation, and iteration
- Ability to translate ambiguous customer requirements into structured, actionable technical and project plans
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders

We are looking for a Solutions Manager to serve as a technical bridge between our customers and internal teams across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
You will work directly with customers in AI, robotics, and autonomous driving , deeply understand their technical and data requirements, and translate those needs into scalable, executable solutions. You will own customer projects from initial discovery through solution design, implementation, and delivery, while also helping identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who is technically strong, customer-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
