What they're looking for

  • Create complex mechanical designs, drawings and documentation for parts and assemblies following DFX principles to develop the most efficient and high-quality products
  • Determine technical specifications for sub-systems and components to meet overall product development requirements
  • Collaborate across teams and departments to determine root cause of issues, identify corrective actions, and implement design changes to improve existing products and processes
  • Maintain ownership over sub-system development and sustaining activities (Senior) including project and resource planning, gathering of documentation and requirements, and execution of ECOs
  • Work closely with manufacturing and operations to ensure a smooth transition from concept to a fully scalable high-quality product
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or similar field

Maybell Quantum is seeking Junior and Senior Mechanical Engineers, to develop and design the next generation in quantum infrastructure. Our ideal team members can excel in a fast-paced hardware-based startup environment. They possess excellent technical and analytical skills and can effectively contribute to or manage small projects while collaborating across departments.
