About the role
Support Client Implementations: Own onboarding and configuration work for a book of clients, with a focus on straightforward implementations and well-defined use cases. Partner with senior Solutions Architects on more complex or ambiguous cases. Translate Business Requirements: Conduct discovery with clients to understand their fund structures, workflows, and operational needs. Map those requirements to how Maybern's platform can be configured to meet them.
What they're looking for
- Fund/Finance Fluent: You have a solid foundation in fund accounting or private equity operations and can engage credibly with clients on their workflows and data models
- Client-Facing and Clear: You communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and you're comfortable running client calls with guidance
