About the role
We are looking for a Growth Marketer to help scale acquisition and conversion across MDhair, MDacne, and Nuvane.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years of growth marketing experience in a DTC or ecommerce environment
- Experience improving conversion across landing pages, funnels, email, offers, and creative tests
- A self-starter who can operate without established processes and build them from the ground up
- Data-driven mindset with fluency in key performance metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, CVR, AOV, and payback period
- Experience designing and running structured experiments
- Comfort with landing page creation and design, including using AI-powered or no-code tools
