About the role
MedMe powers more than 70% of Canada's national pharmacy chains and roughly 40% of all community pharmacies. We are now building that same presence in the US, with pharmacies live in 15 states and expanding rapidly. Much of that growth runs through partnerships with state pharmacy associations and buying groups, which give us a direct channel to their members. You'll be selling into pharmacies that already have a reason to talk to us, across our core platform, billing, and AI products.
What they're looking for
- 2+ years of closing experience in SaaS, ideally in a high-velocity, lower-ACV motion (SMB or transactional segment)
- A track record of hitting quota in a structured, process-driven sales environment

Much of that growth runs through partnerships with state pharmacy associations and buying groups, which give us a direct channel to their members. You'll be selling into pharmacies that already have a reason to talk to us, across our core platform, billing, and AI products.
This is a high-volume sales role with fast cycles. Most of the selling happens remotely, over calls and demos, though you should be willing to get in front of pharmacy owners in person when that's what it takes to close.
You'll also be the voice of the customer inside the business. As you spend time with pharmacists, you'll bring their feedback back to our product team to help us continuously enhance our products.
