The person who thrives here is a generalist by choice, not by default. They've likely done a stint in consulting, banking, or a chief-of-staff seat, then moved into an operating role at a startup and found they liked building more than advising. They're comfortable being the most financially literate person in the room and the one who rewrites the homepage copy on the same day.

Parambil is the system of record for law firms that handle the most demanding injury cases in America. That means mass torts, where one firm represents thousands of people harmed by the same drug, device, or platform, and complex personal injury, where a single catastrophic case can involve years of medical records, dozens of experts, and millions of dollars at stake. Both kinds of work share a problem: too much information, too many moving parts, and software that was never built for it.

We replaced the spreadsheets, shared drives, and single-case tools with one platform where every case, document, and workflow lives, and we layered AI on top that acts like a sharp associate for the whole firm. Whether a firm is running a 5,000-claimant docket or a single case that will define its year, Parambil is where the work happens. It's a large, underserved market, and we're the company defining what software for it should look like.
