This role is to build an AI chronic care companion that starts with medication management and grows into a coordination layer connecting patients, caregivers, and physicians through precise logs, symptom tracking, and clearer handoffs.

- Own the build across conversational experience, medication logic, patient and caregiver workflow, and deployment
- Design for trust, clarity, and low-friction use by older adults rather than assuming power-user behavior
- Decide where GenAI adds value in explanation, summarization, and coordination, and where deterministic safety checks should dominate
- Work with patients, caregivers, and clinicians to learn where the product reduces confusion versus creating new risk
- Work with AI Fund's build team on wedge selection, local market fit, and what could become a durable chronic care platform
