As Chief of Staff to the Head of Product, you'll be the operational backbone of an org that helps the world's leading AI labs and enterprises transform human expertise into better AI models. - Experience: 2+ years in a chief-of-staff, product-ops, strategy & ops, or PM role, exposure to fast-scaling teams preferred
- Product Intuition: You have a strong instinct for what a good product looks like and what's worth building, you can pressure-test a decision on the merits rather than procedurally
- High Ownership: You take full accountability for outcomes, not just outputs, and nothing drops on your watch
- Operational Excellence: You build lightweight processes that create clarity without adding bureaucracy
- Structured Communication: You write crisp, exec-ready docs and turn ambiguity into a clear plan others can run with
- Cross-Functional Influence: You get things done across teams without formal authority, earning trust from ICs and leadership alike
