About the role
Own the design of core user journeys across the product, from initial flows to polished UI Collaborate with engineering and product to implement new features and refine existing ones
What they're looking for
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual polish and UX depth
- Passion for building products that are intuitive, beautiful, and a joy to use
- 4–8 years in product design, ideally at fast-moving startups or high-bar product teams
- Experience working closely with engineers and understanding implementation constraints
- Proven ability to operate autonomously
- Bonus: Experience building AI-driven products or marketplaces
