About The Position | Major goals and objectives and location requirements:
People Inc is seeking a Manager, Growth Marketing Platforms, to support the execution and optimization of the Martech platform that powers the onsite marketing for subscriptions and paid memberships.
Reporting to the Director, Martech Ops, this role will act as a key platform operator and subject matter contributor, helping marketing, brand, and product teams effectively use the platform to drive audience growth, conversions, engagement, and retention.
You will support the platform configuration, integrations, experimentation capabilities, and operational processes required to support scalable marketing and subscription growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in marketing technology and subscription and paid membership experience. This is a highly collaborative, technical role that requires strong attention to detail, ability to work cross functionally in a fast paced environment, comfort managing multiple projects at once, and an agile spirit.
