What they're looking for
- 5-7+ years of full-time software engineering experience (looking for senior+ level of experience)
- Experience with frameworks (Django, Rails, Spring, React, Vue.js, Angular, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge of SQL databases (Postgres preferred)
- An ability to perform in a fast paced environment and deal with ambiguity
- Startup or SaaS experience preferred
- Experience with design systems, modern styling, and frontend testing practices a plus
