Role Description The Senior Vice President, Venture Investments is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing the venture investment portfolio and driving long-term value creation. This role leads the end-to-end investment process, including sourcing opportunities, evaluating emerging companies and funds, conducting financial and strategic analysis, and guiding transactions from initial screening through closing.

  • Strong expertise in Investment Management and Investments, demonstrating a track record of managing venture or growth-stage portfolios
  • Advanced knowledge of Finance, including valuation methods, capital structures, and financial modeling for early- and growth-stage companies
  • Proven experience leading comprehensive Due Diligence processes, including market, product, financial, and operational assessments
  • Ability to design and implement effective Investment Strategies aligned with organizational risk appetite and return expectations
  • Extensive background in venture capital, private equity, or strategic corporate investing, ideally in technology or innovation-focused sectors
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations

Role Description The Senior Vice President, Venture Investments is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing the venture investment portfolio and driving long-term value creation. This role leads the end-to-end investment process, including sourcing opportunities, evaluating emerging companies and funds, conducting financial and strategic analysis, and guiding transactions from initial screening through closing. The Senior Vice President collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop and refine investment theses, structure deals, negotiate terms, and manage ongoing relationships with portfolio companies. Day-to-day activities include leading due diligence efforts, reviewing financial models, monitoring portfolio performance, preparing investment memoranda, and presenting recommendations to executive leadership and investment committees. This role also mentors junior team members, promotes best practices in venture investing, and helps shape Micro Silent Studio’s overall investment strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.
