- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent technical military experience
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor process or equipment engineering, gained through professional work, internships, research or military service
- Hands-on experience using structured problem-solving methods (FMEA, 8D, SPC or failure analysis) to resolve process issues
- Skill in analyzing process data to find trends, deviations and improvement opportunities
