About the role
As an IT Project Manager at the P3 level, you will own medium-to-complex projects end-to-end: shaping the business case, driving planning and execution, and delivering measurable outcomes on time and within budget. You will operate with real independence, determining the best path to the objective while partnering closely with business sponsors, technical teams, vendors, and Micron leadership.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, including ownership of medium-to-complex, cross-functional projects
- Demonstrated ability to work independently under project or sub-function objectives, determining the best method to deliver rather than requiring step-by-step direction
- Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, applied to fit the project context
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce decision-ready updates for sponsors and leadership
- Strong change management capabilities and experience facilitating stakeholder alignment without formal authority
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity, reporting, or analytics tools applied to project or portfolio management
