Drive the architecture and execution of the Rhythm of Business (ROB) and business-review cadence, including agenda creation, insight capture, and action item tracking to completion. Coordinate continuous planning collaboration with key stakeholders and execute business plans with program managers to ensure alignment and business continuity under various conditions. Champion organizational health initiatives, including People Strategy and inclusion, while maintaining compliance and driving progress on culture initiatives in collaboration with Human Resources (HR). Shape internal and external communication strategies, including organizational narratives, executive messaging, and high-impact events like all-hands meetings and leadership updates. Partner with the Chief of Staff and leadership team to transform strategic priorities into actionable plans across teams. Handle sensitive and complex tasks with discretion and sound judgment.
