Take ownership of the end-to-end management of executive briefings in partnership with account, content, speakers, and operations teams, while prioritizing the best possible customer experience & outcomes Drive the strategy and execution of the executive briefing program to achieve the Center's business goals. Support inclusion of a global audience with an understanding of political, economic, and cultural norms. Build strong relationships with account teams & Stakeholder management to ensure Regional alignment of go to market across industries and solution areas in order to add value to broader sales strategies Intentionally leverage AI, agents, Voice of Customer signals and global best practices to reduce manual effort, increase consistency, and create more capacity for high-value customer and stakeholder work.
