Support assigned IT and Network deployment programs from planning and readiness through execution, operational handoff, and closeout. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, actions, decisions, and change controls. Coordinate deployment activities across IT, Network, Critical Environments, Logistics, Site Services, Security, Engineering, Operations, and vendor partners. Support deployment readiness, migration, cutover, turnover, and operational acceptance activities. Validate execution readiness, including procedures, staffing, materials, tools, access, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment. Coordinate with third-party vendors to track delivery against statements of work (SOWs), schedules, service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), quality requirements, and acceptance criteria. Identify risks, issues, resource constraints, schedule conflicts, and delivery variances and escalate appropriately to support timely resolution.
