Develop experiences across Windows, cross-platform clients, cloud-connected services, and emerging AI-driven workflows. Drive architecture and technical strategy for complex systems and customer-facing applications. Partner with product, design, research, and platform teams to create intuitive, reliable, and delightful customer experiences. Solve challenging problems in performance, scalability, reliability, security, accessibility, and user experience. Influence engineering practices, technical direction, and product innovation across teams. Mentor engineers and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative engineering culture. At the Principal level, lead broad technical initiatives and shape the next generation of Windows cloud experiences. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, or C OR equivalent experience.
