Proactively driving strategy and execution as lead counsel responsible for responding to and resolving agency investigations and pre-litigation disputes, such as EEOC and similar state agency charges, agency compliance reviews, labor arbitrations, and private claims; Engaging and directing outside counsel; Providing innovative, practical legal advice regarding employment-related disputes to clients at all levels; Building and maintaining professional, trusted, productive relationships throughout the company and with external parties; and Partnering in the development and expansion of programmatic, cost-effective solutions for delivering legal services at scale. Juris Doctor Degree or international equivalent degree AND 4+ years experience practicing employment and/or labor law in the U.S OR equivalent experience. Active license to practice law in a jurisdiction and capable of meeting admission requirements in relevant jurisdiction.
