The Asia SME&C Performance Excellence Lead will be part of the SME&C Performance Excellence team, helping the Asia Operating Unit (OU) accelerate business performance through an effective, outcome-oriented Rhythm of Business (ROB). The role will serve as the voice of Asia in ROB planning and evolution, while leading activation across the OU. Partnering with Asia leadership and cross-functional teams, this role will use ROB and Performance Excellence to accelerate revenue, shift field time toward customers and partners, and drive execution of SME&C strategic priorities. This is an individual contributor role for someone who operates strategically, builds credibility with senior leaders, influences across teams, and brings clarity to complex and ambiguous environments. Asia ROB Leadership & Activation - Represent the Asia OU in SME&C ROB planning and lead activation of the ROB across Asia.
