Diagnose and resolve complex production issues involving replication, storage, and distributed systems Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and contribute to operational excellence and service health Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to improve productivity, code quality, troubleshooting effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
