As part of a growing and highly visible team, your responsibilities will include: Capacity Planning & Management: Drive end-to-end capacity planning across compute, storage, networking, and other infrastructure dependencies, aligning partner demand, forecasts, supply, and investment with customer and business needs. Service Roadmap Delivery: Coordinate delivery of committed service capabilities and roadmap milestones, driving alignment across engineering teams and partners on priorities, dependencies, readiness, and execution. Risk, Issue & Dependency Management: Proactively identify capacity constraints, infrastructure gaps, delivery risks, and blockers; drive mitigation plans, escalation, and decisions needed to protect partner and customer commitments.
