About the role
You'll set the direction for how Midi builds with AI — across clinical workflows, patient experience, and operational intelligence. You'll own the architecture of our AI systems, the evaluation practices that keep them safe, and the standards that let every engineer at Midi ship AI features confidently. Midi Health is the largest virtual care clinic for women in midlife navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other hormonal transitions. We combine expert clinicians, evidence-based protocols, and a modern technology platform to deliver care that has historically been underserved by the healthcare system.
