Reporting to the SVP, Global Total Rewards & HR Technology, you will lead a small technical team, including the Director, HR Technology, across the HR strategic roadmap, HRIS, AI, and people data. You will shape how HR's systems and AI capabilities work together to make HR more automated, AI-enabled, and metrics-forward.
