About the role
We’re hiring a Software Engineer with a strong focus on backend and AI. You’ll help architect and scale our AI Security Agent systems from the ground up. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role: as one of our earliest engineers, you’ll shape not just our product, but also our engineering culture and standards. You’ll join a high-trust, high-velocity team where decisions are fast, responsibilities are broad, and your work will have an immediate effect on developer experience and product performance
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Strong software engineering skills with deep Python expertise
- Experience with LLMs, AI agents, and AI libraries
- Solid knowledge of API design, databases (Postgres), and backend systems
- Experience deploying and scaling AI in production
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to thrive in small, cross-functional teams
