About the role
Drive net-new pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting — 80–100 dials a day across cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach Research target accounts and key personas across the construction industry to craft relevant, tailored messaging that breaks into hard-to-reach accounts
What they're looking for
- No prior experience required — prior SDR work, cold calling, or outbound prospecting is a plus, along with athletic, competitive, or leadership experience
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the confidence to pick up the phone and make a strong first impression with cold prospects
- Grit, resilience, and a strong work ethic — you bounce back quickly from a “no” and bring consistent energy every day
- A natural relationship builder who partners closely with AEs, asks sharp questions, and gets creative about breaking into target accounts
- Self-motivated and coachable, with a genuine desire to build a long-term career in Sales
- A true team player above all — you win as a team and lift up the people around you
