About the role

The right candidate for this role runs a full sales cycle from first conversation to close, builds real fluency in the LATAM market and its buyers, and turns what they learn in the field into playbooks the rest of the team can use. Reporting to the Senior Manager of LATAM Sales, they own a territory end-to-end: sourcing net-new pipeline, expanding existing accounts, and applying a consistent qualification approach to every deal.

What they're looking for

  • A track record of full-cycle sales success, from sourcing net-new business to expanding existing accounts, in SMB to enterprise SaaS
  • Experience selling into the LATAM region, or a demonstrated ability to build fluency in a new market quickly
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Comfort working without a finished playbook — this team is still building its own, and you'll help shape it
  • Skill in structured discovery and qualification, ideally using MEDDPICC or a similar methodology
  • Familiarity with analytics, data, or other technical products, and the ability to hold a credible conversation with a data-savvy buyer
