About the role
With this strong market adoption and rapid growth, our supply chain has become a critical part of how we scale and we’re looking for a Head of Supply Chain to own and lead this function. In this role, you will define and drive our Supply Chain strategy, including major cost-reduction initiatives and the evolution of our global Supply Chain footprint . You’ll lead planning, logistics, procurement and supplier management, while building the processes, systems, and team needed to support easyplant’s continued growth.

- Strong experience across planning, inventory, procurement/sourcing, and logistics
- Proven ability to drive meaningful cost reductions and negotiate with strategic suppliers
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience working with MRP or similar supply chain planning systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Comfortable operating hands-on in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly
