Workday Functional Leadership
Serve as the hands-on functional lead for the Workday platform across key modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Time & Absence, Reporting, Learning, Help, Peakon and Payroll.
P erform hands-on configuration, testing and troubleshooting across these modules.
Provide expert guidance on Workday configuration, functionality and best practices.
Ensure Workday capabilities align with organisational HR processes and strategic priorities.
Platform Design and Configuration Oversight
Lead functional design decisions for Workday implementations and enhancements and build the resulting configuration.
Establish and maintain configuration standards and design principles.
Ensure consistency and scalability in system configuration across modules and business units.
Requirements and Solution Design
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional solutions within Workday.
Evaluate business requests and recommend scalable system solutions aligned with platform capabilities and best practices.
