About the role

MobilityVC is looking for a Ventures & Advisory Associate to join our team and take ownership of high-impact, often loosely defined projects across our portfolio of engagements. This is not a narrowly scoped role — you’ll move fluidly between technology, sales, operations, and strategy depending on what a given deal or portfolio company needs. You’ll work in direct contact with mobility founders and investors, helping shape deals, sharpen strategy, and solve real operating problems.

What they're looking for

  • You’ve founded a company or operated as an early, multi-hat employee at an early-stage startup
  • You thrive in dynamic, loosely structured environments and don’t need a defined process to make progress
  • You’re a genuine generalist — conversant across technology, sales, and operations, not just one lane
  • You take full ownership of projects from start to finish, rather than staying in a single swim lane
  • You communicate clearly and build trust quickly with founders, executives, and investors
More about this role

MobilityVC (MVC) is a hybrid venture advisory and investment firm focused on mobility, autonomy, transportation, and adjacent sectors. We work directly with founders and investors across the mobility ecosystem — advising on deals, structuring investments, and helping category-defining companies scale. Our team operates globally, working closely with startups, corporates, and institutional investors shaping the future of how people and goods move.

We’re looking for someone who has been in the founder’s seat (or functioned like one) — comfortable with uncertainty, capable of picking up a project with no playbook, and driven to see it through end to end rather than handing off pieces along the way.
