About the role
Own assigned requisitions end-to-end, partnering with a TA Partner on strategy and success criteria, then executing autonomously from search through offer. Set and run the req-level search strategy — channels, target companies, outreach, and messaging — and adapt it as the market responds.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience — in-house, agency, or executive search — including independent ownership of requisitions from sourcing through offer
- Demonstrated self-sufficiency sourcing passive candidates without dedicated sourcing support
- Strong candidate assessment skills and a track record of presenting calibrated slates with clear rationale
- Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and modern sourcing platforms
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience with search-firm or executive-search training and methodology
