About the role
ICON is seeking a Logistics Analyst to manage end-to-end fleet operations and dispatching for raw materials, FormCrete, and 3D printer equipment and components. This role ensures safe, on-time, cost-effective delivery to internal operations and customer project sites nationwide.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, fleet management, transportation planning, or dispatch coordination—preferably in construction, manufacturing, or technology fields
- Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or related field, or significant related professional experience
- Experience managing fleet maintenance programs and vehicle lifecycle operations
- Familiarity with DOT regulatory compliance, including driver qualification files and HOS management
- Track record coordinating time-sensitive deliveries in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with fleet management or telematics platforms (e.g., Samsara, Verizon Connect, LogRock) and working knowledge of ERP systems and logistics tracking software

You will manage material truck dispatching, optimize recharge workflows at refill stations, and coordinate bulk tanker logistics, all while maintaining real-time visibility for customer project teams. This role is based at ICON’s Austin, TX campus and reports to the Logistics Senior Manager within the Operations team.
