About the role
Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing technique — Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other channels — for TA Partner-run searches. Build and maintain proactive pipelines focused on passive and hard-to-reach talent across current and anticipated searches.
What they're looking for
- 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, in-house or agency
- Demonstrated proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing across at least one talent domain
- Track record of engaging passive candidates and running initial qualification conversations
- Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and disciplined candidate dispositioning
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of sourcing experience with demonstrated independent sourcing on specialized roles
