About the role
You'll join Delta Force, Monaco's forward deployed engineering team. Forward Deployed Engineers are the tip of the spear for our most strategic customers: when Sales, CX, or GTM needs something the product can't do yet, you embed with them, take an ambiguous, high-stakes problem, and own all of it from first discovery to a live, adopted system. Scoping, architecture, the build itself, the data, the rollout, and the outcome. The closest comparison is being a hands-on CTO for whichever customer or feature you're on.

Monaco is building an AI-native revenue platform that replaces the fragmented GTM stack - CRM, sequencing, call recording, enrichment, pipeline management with one unified system, consolidating 6–10 disconnected tools into a single platform built for the AI era.
We launched publicly in Feb 2026, are already 65 people, and have strong early product-market fit generating millions in ARR within months of launch. You'll have the chance to both scale our core systems and build new features from 0 to 1.
