About the role
As Monaco's first Solutions Engineer, you're the technical lead on our upmarket deals. You learn how a customer's sales system works today, design how it will run on Monaco, and help the account executive close. Our upmarket customers are growing sales teams moving off an existing CRM, and no two setups match. You scope that move, decide with our product team what we can deliver, and hand a defined plan to our implementation team. You'll sit on the sales team.
