- Experience managing the inbox and calendaring for an executive or executives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Drive suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and Zoom
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage projects concurrently

Moneta Ventures is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager in Austin, Texas.
The Executive Assistant/Office Manager is responsible for providing executive support to the Texas-based investment team of Moneta Ventures, and will primarily support a Managing Partner. The role is multi-faceted, and the ideal candidate will be highly organized, independent, professional, technically competent, and an excellent communicator. The role is ideal for someone with previous experience working closely with senior level executives, helping manage and prioritize the Managing Partner’s daily schedule, as well as supporting our other Austin-based team members.
The role will operate primarily out of our downtown Austin office, with occasional remote days as needed. The role will be primarily during typical business hours; very occasional after-hours work will be required. The role provides the opportunity for advancement within the company. The compensation range for this role is $65,000-$110,000+ annually depending on experience, and the role is available for an immediate start. This role also presents a clear path to our Head of Platform position for the right candidate.
