Moon is hiring an experienced, passionate, and talented Senior HR Generalist for our Palo Alto Studio. In this role, you will partner with the Palo Alto/Tokyo HR team members to drive smooth, high-impact HR operations. As the primary process owner of HRIS and core HR operations, you will implement global initiatives and deliver practical solutions while maintaining compliance with Moon policies and US regulations.

- 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Operations Specialist, with solid knowledge of US compliance, benefits, and employee relations
- Hands-on HRIS expertise with a sharp eye for detail and data integrity

- High integrity , exceptional discretion, and sound judgment when handling sensitive matters
- Adaptability , self-motivation, and ease with prioritizing in a fast-moving studio environment
