About the role
We're looking for a highly organized Events Marketing Specialist to provide day-to-day operational support across our tradeshow and events portfolio. This is a remote, early career role reporting to the Manager, Events Marketing. You'll be the operational backbone behind a busy event calendar.
What they're looking for
- 0 to 2 years of experience in marketing, events, hospitality, operations, or a related coordination role. Internship and campus event experience counts
- Strong organizational skills and a track record of owning checklists, trackers, and deadlines with support from a program lead
- High attention to detail. You catch the wrong shipping address, the missing invoice, and the date that does not match
- Clear, responsive written communication with internal teams and external vendors
- Comfort with spreadsheets and a willingness to learn tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, and event registration platforms. Prior experience with any of them is a plus, not a requirement
- Dependable under pressure, with a calm, practical approach when plans change on show day
