What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in an accounting leadership role (e.g., Accounting Director, Controller, or Assistant Controller)
- Demonstrated expertise applying ASC 606 revenue recognition principles within a SaaS, recurring revenue, or subscription-based business model
- 7+ years leading end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles for complex corporate entities
- 7+ years managing or administering enterprise accounting and ERP systems (e.g., Workday ERP)
