About the role
Own day-to-day IT operations for the Hannover site: user support, onboarding and offboarding, laptops and workstations, meeting room and AV, printers, and physical office IT. Be the local administrator for Mythic's corporate application stack, including Okta and MFA enrollment, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom and Zoom Rooms, Box, and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management), and act as the local approver and first line for access requests.

Our Hannover team, videantis GmbH, brings deep computer vision and video processing expertise to that mission, and we are hiring a System Administrator to be the IT and infrastructure owner on the ground there. You will keep a highly technical engineering site running day to day, covering servers, network, storage, endpoints, corporate applications, licenses and user support, while leading the local side of a substantial integration program that brings Hannover onto Mythic's global identity, collaboration, source control and security standards. This is a broad, hands-on role with real autonomy: you are the site's IT function, backed by a global IT and DevOps team in the US that you will work with daily. You will report to Mythic's Director of IT & DevOps and partner closely with the Managing Director of videantis GmbH.
