What they're looking for
- 👥 People leadership: You have 2–3+ years of people management experience, with a strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining Customer Success talent
- 💼 7-10 years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Account Management, or other customer-facing roles, including supporting large, complex, high-risk enterprise customers
- 💻 Tech industry experience and relevant Enterprise subject-matter expertise : You’ve worked in an enterprise IT or technology environment and understand the needs and expectations of technical buyers and customers
- 📊 Operational discipline: You’re comfortable running forecasts, account-health cadences, and structured risk reviews to keep a complex book of business on track
- 🛠️ Builder mindset: You thrive in environments where not everything is already defined and are willing to roll up your sleeves to solve problems directly
- 🤝 Low-ego collaboration: You enjoy working within a shared direction, partnering closely with peers, and improving existing processes
