- Build a strong understanding of the regional partner landscape and prioritize firms aligned with our go-to-market strategy
- Assess partner-market fit, technical capabilities, customer reach, and commercial potential
- Recruit partners motivated to build and scale dedicated automation and AI service offerings around n8n
- Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organizations, from founders and practice leads to sales and delivery teams
- 🤝 Partner recruitment and enablement: You have recruited, onboarded, and scaled high-performing consulting, agency, or systems integration partners
- ��� Commercial ownership: You have owned partner-sourced pipeline or revenue targets and know how to move partnerships from relationship-building to measurable commercial results
